Our initial consultation is all about getting to know you and learning about your project(s). I will become your sounding board, so ask lots of questions!

I'll review your :
Aesthetic and functional needs for your space;
Explore your personal preferences and lifestyle;
And discuss your project budget and timeline.

To make the most of our first hour together, keep these things in mind:

– Having a short list of design ideas ready is a great idea. Think about what you have, what you want, and what you need because these things aren’t always automatically apparent to us designers.

– If you’re totally clueless as to what will make your space the perfect space, don't worry, that's what I am here for. During this consultation, we will brainstorm some solutions, and you’ll hear my point of view on your space.

– The consultation is for formulating ideas about your space. Although I am talented, I am not psychic! This session is for laying the groundwork for your design and our relationship.

By the time our consult is over you will have a full understanding of the direction in which you  can go with your project. We would have covered colors, floor plans, furniture ideas, accessories and have you will have enough information to either continue on your own or bring me on for the entire step by step process.

Your fee for this consultation is credited back to you if you decide we're a match and you'd like me to execute your vision.

Following our initial consultation, I'll provide you with an:
Estimated Budget of our Professional Design Time
Detailed outline of the Scope of Work
Samples of Deliverables (i.e. drawings, specification binder, etc.)
Client References

The Project Retainer is your initial financial deposit which initiates the process of your new project. The amount of the Project Retainer varies based on the scope of work to be completed.

Following receipt of your signed Letter of Agreement and Project Retainer, we immediately start the process.
