PRIVATE PAINT PARTY INFORMATION

                        We offer a new and different way to celebrate and entertain your guests.
                                                        We are here to help you host one of your most creative parties ever!
We even take the fun off-site and host local events held in various restaurants, nursing homes, hotels and private venues.


Birthday Parties, Girls Night Out, Bacherlorette Parties, Corporate Events and Any Other Reason You'd Want To Paint Is Fine By Us.

 
THE BASICS for a PRIVATE PARTY

  • A minimum of 12 painters (or paid seats) is required
  • We can accommodate up to 20 guest painters on-site
  • Book any night or day available on the calendar (including Sundays)
  • *Refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your date.  
  • Guests can sign up online if they are paying for their own seat or you can buy as many seats as you'd like when you'd like by using the online reservation system.  All seats must be paid for no later than 5 days prior to the event.
  • Pricing is $39pp, the same as a public party, there is no increase for private parties unless it is off-site.  **Additional travel fees may apply.
  • ​Paint time is 2-3 hrs and all paintings are done on 16x20 sized canvasses unless otherwise stated. 



THE BEST PART IS THAT WE ARE BYOB, SO NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT AN EXPENSIVE DRINK TAB!

PRICING


1. $35.00 includes our largest 16x20 canvas painting (3 hr party)
2. $30.00 includes the largest 16x20 canvas, but simple painting (2 hr party)
3. $25.00 includes a smaller 11x14 painting, which most every parent chooses (3 hrs party)
4. $20.00 includes the smaller 11x14 painting, but  simple painting (2 hrs party)

FOR YOUR CORPORATE PARTY

The purpose of team building activities is generally to foster awareness of the team spirit and to reinforce commitment to the team's shared goals and objectives. Properly applied, these activities can develop strong interpersonal relationships which help to bond the team closer together.

The only purpose of engaging in such activities should be to unite a group of individuals who all need each other in order to achieve their individual goals, as well as the group's common goals. Your employees/co-workers will have a great time at our team building paint parties. A place to come, hang out, bond and create, all in an un-intimating atmosphere.

We offer several types of team building projects for your corporate party and they include:

Mystery Painting - 
Our instructor takes you step by step to a surprise painting.
Individual Paintings -
Everyone in the class paints and personalizes their own painting with the help of our local artists step by step instructions.
Collaborative Painting -
Everyone in the group contributes their individual painting that will create a collaborative painting.

Book any night or day available on the calendar (including Sundays)
*Refundable deposit of half is required to reserve your date.  
Guests can sign up online if they are paying for their own seat or you can buy as many seats as you'd like when using the online reservation system.  All seats must be paid for no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Pricing is $35pp  **Additional travel fees may apply.
​Paint time is 2-3 hrs and all paintings are done on 16x20 sized canvasses unless otherwise stated.

OFF-SITE

Off-Sited Parties can be held anytime based on availability.

Your party can be reserved with a *REFUNDABLE deposit of $300

These events can be 2-3 hour sessions and cost $45 pp OFF-SITE EVENTS

A minimum of 15 painters is required
$100 for travel up to 25 miles
Parties over 10 people warrant an assistant at an additional $50 (for total time)

CANCELLATION POLICY 

A FULL REFUND can occur if notification of cancellation occurs no later than 72 hours after reserving.

Notification of cancellation after 72 hours will result in a credit to your account for another class.

If you have reserved a class that starts within the next 72 hrs and need to cancel, you will be given a ONE TIME reschedule allowance for another class.

No-Shows forfeit any monies paid as well as any rights to reschedule.*We start all parties 15 minutes after scheduled or posted times to allow for all guests to arrive. All PRIVATE parties that start late will incur overage charges of $25 per 1/2 hr. There is NO overage charge for hanging out after your instructor has completed the guided instruction while we clean.
*If you are 30 minutes late you will be considered a No-Show

*REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Deposit amounts go toward hosts fees and any unmet minimums.  The excess balance is then refunded.
